Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unaltered, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Return Process
Step 1: Submit Your Return Request

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, our team will email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions for your return. Please do not ship your return without this authorization as we cannot process unauthorized returns.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your items securely in the original packaging, include all original tags and documentation, and ship to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Processing
Refund Timeframe
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund Methods
- Credit Card Payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds will appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time
- PayPal Payments: Refunds will be processed back to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
Exchange Process
For exchanges, follow the same return process outlined above. In your return request email, clearly specify the item you wish to exchange for. Once we receive your return, we will ship your new item using the same shipping method as your original order. If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference plus applicable shipping fees.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the integrity of our celebration fashion collections, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Final sale items marked in product descriptions
- Custom-made or altered bridal gowns
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Worn, damaged, or altered merchandise
- Personalized items
International Returns
For our international customers (excluding some Asian countries and remote locations), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All customs duties and taxes for returned items are also the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be issued in US dollars, and any currency exchange differences or bank fees are not covered by Bridal Shop.
