Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons, please allow up to 3 business days for order processing.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Timeframe: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unworn and unaltered
  • With original tags attached
  • In original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the special nature of celebration fashion, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Final sale items marked in product descriptions (particularly from Bridal, Amsale, and Nouvelle Amsale collections)
  • Custom-made or altered bridal gowns
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Worn, damaged, or altered merchandise
  • Personalized items

Please check product descriptions carefully before purchasing, as designer pieces are often made-to-order or require special handling.

Return Process

2 Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, our team will email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions. Please do not ship your return without this authorization.

3 Ship Your Return

Package your items securely in the original packaging with all original tags and documentation. Ship to:

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Refund Timeframe

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchange Process

For exchanges, follow the same return process outlined above. In your return request email, clearly specify the item you wish to exchange for.

Once we receive your return, we will ship your new item using the same shipping method as your original order. If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference plus applicable shipping fees.

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding some Asian countries and remote locations):

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • All customs duties and taxes for returned items are the customer’s responsibility
  • Refunds are issued in US dollars
  • Currency exchange differences or bank fees are not covered by Bridal Shop
