4. Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods and Timeframes

We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after shipment

International Shipping

We ship globally, excluding some Asian countries and remote locations. International customers are responsible for:

• Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees

• Providing accurate shipping information

Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We cannot modify shipping addresses once an order has been processed. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.

Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Factors beyond our control including weather, customs processing, and carrier delays may impact delivery dates. We are not liable for delays caused by these factors.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Return Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition as received
• Unworn and unaltered
• With original tags attached
• In original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Final sale items marked in product descriptions (particularly from Bridal, Amsale, and Nouvelle Amsale collections)
• Custom-made or altered bridal gowns
• Items without original tags or packaging
• Worn, damaged, or altered merchandise

Return Process

1. Submit Your Return Request: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number, personal information, items to return, and reason for return.
2. Receive Return Authorization: Within 2 business days, our team will email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions. Do not ship your return without this authorization.
3. Ship Your Return: Package items securely in original packaging with all original tags and documentation. Ship to: Bridal Shop Returns, 4050 Grey Fox Farm Road, Houston, US 77032.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method with the following processing times:

• Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days (depending on your bank’s processing time)
• PayPal: 3-5 business days (processed back to your PayPal account)

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges, follow the same return process outlined above. In your return request email, clearly specify the item you wish to exchange for. Once we receive your return, we will ship your new item using the same shipping method as your original order. If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference plus applicable shipping fees.

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding some Asian countries and remote locations):

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• All customs duties and taxes for returned items are the customer’s responsibility
• Refunds are issued in US dollars
